Examples of subjects students may write about include sports achievements, family, trips to foreign destinations, personal interests and hobbies, career goals, opinions and insight on cultural topics and much more. The first thing to do is some brainstorming. Make a list of potential essay topics, then go down the list and consider each one in more detail. Does it provide enough material for an entire essay?
